Wanna Porsche 924 Shooting Brake? Of Course You Do

924 shooting brake

Are you a fan of shooting brakes and classic front-engine Porsches? Then we’ve got the car for you!

Can’t recall seeing a 924 Shooting Brake before? That may be because Porsche didn’t make ’em, as they stuck with the two-door hatch body style. This two-door wagon is a custom job, one of nine 1977 924s converted by German tuners, DP, back in 1986. And we’ll have to agree with Road & Track here, they gave these 924 DP Cargos a “great factory look.”

If you like the look — and really, who wouldn’t? — then now is the time to act, because this baby’s for sale on Gmund Cars for the low, low price of £25995.00 (roughly $31,825 USD). But wait, before you decide, let them just sweeten this deal a bit: this isn’t just your average 924, this one’s been “uprated to 924 Turbo Specification with all turbo running gear, engine and gearbox, 5 stud alloy wheels and brakes.”

Apparently the Guard Red with Grey interior Shooting Brake has been in Stockhom, Sweden since 1986. It’s had five keepers over the course of 128,162 kilometers traveled (nearly 80,000 miles). And Gmund notes that the car is mechanically sound, but could benefit from some “TLC.”

Will you be the one to provide it?
