Ruf 964 RCT With a Story

1. 964 "Lightweight" Project

Like many of us, ekoges has a vision, and that vision is to build his 964 into a lightweight driver in the mold of an RS/Cup car. Since 2015, he's done extensive work in the handling department with an entire catalog of KW Clubsports parts. The rest of his mods list reads like a laundry list, from the Rothsport Gamroth front strut brace to the Porsche factory RS brake ducts, but he's not done, of course. Future plans include a full strip down and roll cage. You can follow along on his journey in this thread.

2. Marine Blue Metallic G50

There's arguably nothing finer than an air cooled 911, and fastdiablo's G50 sure looks mighty fine in Marine Blue Metallic. After months of searching, he actually landed the car by placing a wanted ad in the Rennlist forums. It was a true one owner car that needed a top end rebuild. After tackling that job, an Elephant Racing suspension and Yokohoma AD08R tires help the 911 sit a little lower and handle better. The relatively rare paint color shines to perfection after a little polish and is just the icing on top.

3. Glacier White 993

If you're in the market for a gorgeous, low mileage, well optioned 993, palladio's is currently available in the Rennlist classifieds. The Glacier White C2S has some nice factory options, including the factory Aerokit body work and 18" Technology wheels. There are only 55,000 original miles on the clock, and the car has spent most of its life in sunny Southern California. Even though it appears mostly stock, the gorgeous 993 has been treated to a few upgraded goodies, including a Bilstein HD/ROW M033 Suspension and Walrod bushings.

4. Stunning Slantnose

When it comes to slantnoses, you're going to get one of two responses from Porsche enthusiasts, some love 'em, and some hate 'em, but it's hard to hate on Kevin M's converted ride. His stunning example of a slantnose was modified by Coachworks when new, and when he found the car it had only accumulated 45,000 miles between two owners. After a repaint and some Techart Speedline wheels, he's got one great looking example of the breed.

5. Ruf 964 RCT With a Story

After traveling to Germany and getting lucky enough to drive Alois Ruf's very own 964 RCT Evo, audirs2 knew he had to have one. He found the perfect candidate in the U.S. 18 months later - a 964 RCT owned by a man named Dr. Joe, who also happens to be a good friend of Ruf's. And even though he might not have been able to convince Ruf to sell him his own, personal car, we'd say he made out pretty good.
