If you try to fasten the pressure plate on to the flywheel with the clutch disc oriented this way, I'm not able to fasten down the bolts because the threads aren't long enough. If I get one bolt threaded in, the opposite bolt can't be threaded in because of the tilt in the pressure plate. I also noticed that the clutch disc will make a little "crunching" noise when I fasten it down. This doesn't seem normal.
