Easy to come out. Keep an eye on those velcro tabs, they like to fly off or remain attached to the body. Pull the bottom towards you to avoid breaking the pin that goes into the body.

This is the CAN harness that's above the fuse box. You pinch in to release. Mostly have to do it by feel, so I'm posted extra pics.
