I haven't re-attached the intake plenum yet as there are a few wire and vacuum line routing's that I want to be totally sure about before locking everything down.

Top of "special tool" made from bicycle skewer. My actuator has right handed threads, so no special left handed die needed (even though I got one) I did have to thread the entire length of the skewer though...

As you can see in the photo, whoever had this cover off last, used a crazy amount of sealant...Now I know that the black stuff in my oil pick up tube wasn't chain pad material...
