This is what you see after you remove the plastic blade piece (which is held on with a circlip). Note the pin that's perpendicular to the shaft - this seats into a groove on the blade piece. It will eventually need to be driven out.

Back cover removed, it is held in place via some interesting crimp tabs/slots (3x). I used a flathead and a hammer to split all 3 and it came off.

This is the inner side of the back cover. You can see there are 4 brushes, which are spring loaded in the radial direction. The main connector for the motor (that you plug into your harness) connects to the back of this part.

Front cover (with rotor attached) removed, this is the housing. You can see the magnets inside. The front cover attaches the same way as the rear cover.

The rotor. Nothing too special. Note the hole where that pin was, the front cover can be slid off with the shaft bearing in place once it's out.
