Default CAYENNE TURBO II STYLE WHEELS & DELINTE DESERT STORM D8 TIRES

I saw these on eBay from WheelTechTuning for $1,599 plus $160 for TPMS. Is anyone familiar with these wheels and tires? I've read positive reviews online but want to know if anyone on these forums have first hand knowledge of these wheels and tires.

At those prices they are going to be produced in CHINA if that helps any.
