Default 964/993 wheel fitment

I recently picked up a set of Cup 2 (993 wheels) for cheap, they are 7x17 ET55 and 8x17 ET30, will these work on my 964 C2? I know fronts should work but not sure about the rears.

The 8x17ET70 was a 993n/b rear fitment for winter use where chains were desireable, it sits more inboard than the usual 993 rear fitments

7ET55 & 9ET55 were the more usual summer 17" fitments

These are actually ET30 not 70. Would you know what the ET30 were for?

Possibly a w/b winter fitment, I'd have to do some research as it didn't immediately pop out at me like the 8 ET70 info did
