My new 83 SC Targa has 15" black cookie cutters with 195/65 front and 215/60 back.

Is this ok? Could they have been a replacement by the PO? Could black not be the original color?

The wheels are correct they came one of three ways: all aluminum color; black centers; or some other color that matched some anniversary version. The polished aluminum parts are clear coated, unlike Fuchs which are annodized. It is easy to remove the clear and redo it if the clear is showing its age as mine were.
