tire/wheel size???
on my 01 996 tt thinking of going with either a 8.5 inch front wheel keeping the 225 40's or going to a 9 inch front with 235 40's however still want to keep the 11 inch in rear with 295 30's due to i feel the 295 30's will be too tight of a fit and not look right....i do not want to go to a 305 or 315 because i want to do yokohama avs sports.....so being that i am going to stay with 11's in the rear with the 295 30's what would be better for me in front????

I think your question would be better on at least the 996 board or the 996TT board. I am not sure if any of the 996 guys actually look at this particular forum. 996TTs are quite rare among Rennlisters so the knowledge level for such things is low. Wish I could help but I have no idea.
