I think the RE-730s replaced the 71s. Might still try checking Tire rack etc...

You can get almost any Bridgestone tire from Costco, if not in the store, they can special order it, and no additional charge for shipping. I got the RE-71's a couple years ago, but not sure if they still have it. I know they carry the RE730's now.
