What tire size for a 19x12" rim?

What tire size for a 19x12" rim?
Tire rack recommends using 305 but that already looks kinda stretched on an 11.5" Carrera Sport rim compared to the way 305 sits on an 11" Turbo rim. I suppose a 315 will be just right, but MPSS does not come in that size. I need help with the following questions please:
Will a 325 fit a 12" ok?
What effect will the overall diameter increase of .43" (11.97mm) have on a C4S with LSD?
Will going with 245 front (an increase of .31"/7.87mm over a 235 tire) counter the rear increase somewhat?
Anything else I need to understand?

P.S. I occasionally track my car (like twice a year maybe) in case it's relevant.
