Anybody has input? I'm having issues. Sent a Cup 2 to have straightened.. inside lip slightly egg shaped.
Specificly asked it to be straightend only and to let me know if it could not.

Called and they had painted it and said it was ready.
Now I have to send in the other three to match.

And when I got it back the inside lip still wobbles.

Shouldn't they be able to completely straighten it? To me, it is either 100 percent straight or it is not straight!! It wasn't off that much to begin with.
Also I have to do all this over the phone, because I am a couple of hrs. away..
Suggestions???
