Default 18 inch BSA 215a's on a 951.

Anyone running BSA's and more specifically, the 18" 215a's on a 951 (mine is a 1986 early offset).

I've found some that need a little work - cleanup and powdercoating due to chipped paint (black and chrome lip version) in 18x8x48mm, 18x10x40mm.

I know what they look like on a Boxster but haven't found any pics of them on a 951. The rears should bolt up without spacers but the fronts will probably need a 1" spacer to fit properly on the early offset.

Thanks!

Derek

I've done some more searching and have found various pics of the rims on 951's - not sure of the model years, though, or wheel offsets since those weren't always listed.

From what I've found, the 18x10x40mm rears should fit an early offset 951 (a 45mm offset requires some adjusting) without any mods or spacers. I'm thinking of running a 265 but would a 285 fit?

The 18x8x48mm fronts are where I am getting stuck - will they work (plan on a 225) and do I need a 1" spacer?

Also, where can I pick up the updated caster blocks? I'd like the added insurance if I go with 18's.
