Default The Easiest, Possibly Best? Most Simple Fuchs Restoration DIY

A little over a year ago I had the urge to restore an Old Flat Six Fuchs I picked up off a parts car. After researching the original dipping method and having a stare-down with the wheel it hit me. This saves hours, literally, over masking and taping and trying to spray the wheel...

I simplified the dipping process and restoration of my old wheel and it turned out pretty nice.

Here's a pic of the wheel over a year later. It hasn't seen any road use as it is my spare. The paint hasn't done anything funny (cracking, crinkling, spidering, etc) and it still looks great.
