I'm not wishing to get flamed here, but I 'm trying to understand why not to buy cheaper knock off wheels.

I have had my eye out for a few months for a used set of Ruf wheels and found there are very few available if any at the moment. In the mean time I've seen several sets of Ruf replicas for sale on Ebay at much less cost and brand new. Now I understand that the Ruf's are a simple modular wheel that is quite heavy.

So the question is, what's the difference?
