Default Age of Pirelli P-Zero Rosso?

Can I tell the age of the tire from the following: DOTXT4ME0042004

I want to say it was made the 20th week of 2004. Is this correct?

If the tire is "new", in good shape, and CHEAP, would it be ok for a car that is driven only on the occasional weekend? No fast or track miles. Well, no track miles anyway....

Regards

Yes you are correct. Last 4 digits are week and year of manufacture.

Bob, what would you think about using them on a sometime weekend car? Obviously they are old, but...
