Default Toyo R888

Question for those with Toyo R888's

I have R888 on my GT3 and would like to know if it's ok to rotate the front tire from left to right. Our local PCA autocross track has mostly hard left hand turns and the outside edge of the front passenger tire get a beating compared to the drivers side front tire. The R888 are directional but I'm thinking it shouldn't matter if I switch side while on dry pavement.
When I was running Nitto NT01 on my Boxster S I rotated the front tires, I had even wear on the front tires. No cords showing until the end of my very short track season, 6 AX and 2 DE day

Yes, except when you have standing water. You don't want to pump water the the center of your tire with the treads.
