Hi,
Can someone advise how 17" Cup 3 wheels from a 996/Boxter should be set on 964 hubs? The 964 hubs have one stud marked with red paint to indicate that it should go through the wheel mounting hole directly opposite the valve (and onto which the locking nut should be fitted). This means that on the original Cup 1 wheels, the locking nut is directly opposite the valve.

Now the 17" Cup 3 wheels have a mounting hole in line between the centre point of the wheel and the valve. There is also a small notch on one of the other mounting holes (on the inside of the wheel).

Can someone tell me which mounting hole the red stud should go through? I hope this makes sense!
