Darksideduece

I am currently looking at purchasing an '86 944 N/A that I have found locally, and the first mods that I have planned if I buy it are new/larger wheels and tires and to lower it 1-1.5". I have always liked the way they look with the 911 Turbo and the Cup wheels(I imagine there are more than one style of both though). I am not particular on them being OE wheels, a good replica is OK. I am interested in going with either 17's or 18's, but do not know what widths to run or what tire sizes. I have tried searching several places, but all list things a little different. What do you guys recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am planning on doing these two mods right after picking up the car so any information on where to purchase/tire suggestions would be great.
