Help - 19" OZ Superleggeras on 2003 C4S???
I posted this in the 996 area as well by accident; I apologize for the redundancy.
I am looking at purchasing a set of mounted OZ Supeleggera wheels on e-bay. The owner got them as take-offs, and knows little about them, most importantly, offset. The link to the wheels are below. My question is, "will these properly fit my 2003 C4S?" If so, will they require a spacer? Apparently the ET is not cast into the wheel itself, so I am somewhat clueless at this point. OZ has not responded to my request for info to this point. Part numbers are:
Front - SR91570P25P0-R 19" X 8.5"
Rear - SR92080P25P0-R 19" X 10"
Thanks,
John

Three Wheelin'
I believe the same wheels are posted again (do a search in eBay for OZ Porsche).
I talked to the place about these and apparently the off-set (they measured) is:
Front 44
Rear 51
In further review of these wheels the black paint is is glossy and the OZ's black is not glossy. If they can get a closeup of the rim bolts to see if they say OZ on them, or if it looks like they were taped up, or if they were again re-used, as I feel these wheels have been painted.
But I am no pro on wheels but I did do a lot of research on this specific wheel and this specific auction.
I was close to pulling the trigger but for my narrow-body 996 the off-set is all wrong.
It is a good price, but maybe too good to be true.
Oh the center cap does not say OZ Racing on it, just OZ, again another red flag for me.
Cheers,
Steven
PS...Damon at the Tire Rack is a great person to talk to about OZ's etc. for your car.
