Would these wheels fit on my car?

I have an '86 951, factory wheels are:
front 16x7" Phone Dials (23.3mm)
rear 16x8" Phone Dials (23.3mm)

Would these fit:
front 16X7ET23
rear 16X8ET11
I have a feeling the fronts will be fine, but I will need a 22mm spacer for the rear, is that correct?
