just looking to get an idea of what these would go for. they are spaced to run on our 930T and there is a decent amount tread left.
upgrading to Fikse or Kinesis wheels so we wont really need these anymore...
ideas?
offers?
Pics to come shortly...

double checked and there is more tread left on the S-02's than i thought, i'll try and find time to get a depth measurment tomorrow when i pull off the rims to figure out the offset...

For reference, I paid $500 for a set of four Cup 1's recently - no center caps though.
The wheels are straight and true, but have some cosmetic issues, mainly scratches, nothing some sandpaper wouldn't take care of and a re-spray or powder coat. The tires are old and kinda shot, I could probably squeeze some mileage out of them (but won't).
My plan is to have the wheels reconditioned, probably powder coated, then spoon on some new tires. Should be a nice upgrade to the '85.
Some pics of the wheels:
Here's the before and after:
My final cost for the wheels will probably be about what I would have paid for a used set in excellent shape, so no real $ savings the way I went, but it was an easy local purchase, so that worked out well. -Ed

just took the car on a 1000km road trip so i didn't have a chance to get the offsets or any specs yet. going to pull them off tomorrow and check!
i figure i'd be looking to get around $1200 or so plus shipping...

No really, I was trying to get an idea of how they would look and then to try to do some photo shop work on the wheels to see what color I am going to get them powder coated.
So far I'm leaning towards the factory silver color, but a part of me wants to be adventerous and go for white, or dark silver/charcoal. Can't decide...

Sorry this took so long, was extremely busy with too many other things...
Anyways, rears are 17x9s with a 15et and the fronts are 17x7.5s(i may have to double check on the width) and 23et.
also, i have to double check for a pt# to confirm them to be a real Porsche wheel and not a knock-off...

Those sound like aftermarket wheels, I don't think that Porsche ever had wheels with those dimensions. Those are early offsets but that style wheel only came on late cars, as far as I know.

very possible, they were on the car when we bought it and last i checked, 88 930 turbos didn't come with cup wheels... they fit perfectly with the turbo factory 1" spacer!
