Default Victoracers on my Carrera Slant

I've converted my '86 Carrera into a custom slant. That is to say the front fenders are steel and don't have the slates and the rear flares are stock turbos w/o the vents. I'm running 245-45-16's up front and 275-40-16 out back. The spacers are 1" and 1-1/2" front and rear. Not having any benchmark to go by, what's the rule of thumb for starting with regarding cold temps and what should the hot temp be too? The cluch is in great shape and the tranny has LSD. It's been corner balanced, lowered and the front geometry is set with the more aggresive track settings such as negative camber and so on. These will be on the car as it's my dailey driver and yea I don't give a rats a$$ about tire wear. I'll be breaking in the tires and than going to Sebring to do some track time after they have some miles on them. The rims are old school polished BBS with Fuch centers and all the proper BBS hardware.
Somebody who's running these on the street, please show me the way.
Thanks,
Steve E
