Default Tire wall shape

Hello!
Been looking around with not much luck.
My 993 has sport classic 2 rims
Front : 8j with 225/40/18
Rear: 10j with 265/35/18

I run Michelin PS4 and As per picture below the sidewall since doughnut shaped, a bit fatty and occasionally I rub fenders.

in my previous 993 with turbo twists and other tires but at same height ride (both cases cars weee lowered) I would never rub.
Both rims are same size.

what tires have less “fatty” sidewalls?
since soon I’ll have to change tires is there any brand that tend to have more flush (or even leaning inward) sidewalls? I already rolled a bit fenders but if I can help with the tire too it would be better.

thanks

Built in Rim/wheel bead protector. Depending on the application/size some are available with or without the RBP. I assume it is a weight saving option, although it can't be more than a set of cupped hands worth of rubber. Last set of Mich PS came without RIMBP new ones have it THANK GOD because I already had a close call with a broken curb. I will post a pic of the one without if I can find it.

Just for comparison this is the same tire and rim size.

you can tell the wall is much less “fat”

Perhaps the overall width of the tire was smaller on the rim and stretched out to meet the bead for a seal. I was referring to the cross section width of the tire's sidewall with and without the protective rib where it meets the rim.

Although your rears are the same diameter and width, they look to have more offset than the standard 65. Could they have 58 offset?

Honestly have not personally removed the wheels yet so couldn't check ET.
That pic was taken at day of purchase; actually now I'm running 7mm spacers on all 4 corners and now is "flush".
I'll work on some camber but a less "fatty" tire would be welcome.

a friend told me hankok tires may have a different sidewall shape
