This doesn't help your search, but just an FYI I've been told painting is the preference, particularly if you are going to be tracking it, or powder coating at lower temps....

I had some Avant Garde wheels powder coated at a reputable place here near Sacramento last year. It cost me $200 per wheel and took about a week. Not cheap, but the results were great.
