Wheel/Tire advise if 295/30/20 rear tires OK with 981 Cayman S

I just purchased a Porsche certified black 2014 Cayman S, with Manual trans and PASM active suspension. All stock ride hight ect.
Has mint OEM silver alloy 19" with brand new Pilot Sport A/S3+ tires but just not my personal preference.

Looking to order the following wheel/tire from a local recommended wheel tire shop per shops tire size recommendation. But not sure if the rear tires are too wide for clearance? Looking for if anyone has similar set up or suggestion if 295/30/20 rear tires with manual trans is OK fitment.

Why buy a 295 when the recommended 265/35 20 fits a 10" rim with no issue? 295 is awfully wide (especially if the wheel is 45mm or less offset) and will likely rub.

The Continental is available in both sizes.

295's are definitely too wide, so you can't do that (unless you put HUGE spacers on and flaired the fenders). The other problem I see is using 20" wheels--don't do that! I went with 19" wheels for the track, and even that was a bit of a mistake--20" would be worse. The problem comes from the lateral load you put on the tires when doing high performance driving. You NEED sidewall to keep traction. If you don't have enough sidewall to flex in a turn, the tread brakes away sooner--making you oversteer/understated easier. 20"wheels look cool (I have 20's for street driving), but use 18's on the track. 19's are not too bad (but not great), but 20's would be as waste of money for track use.

Also, have you considered streetable track tires (Pilot Sport Cup 2 or R888R)? Street tires get torn-up fast on the track, and track tires perform much better.
