I was tooling around on the internet today and found that quite a few states have successfully petitioned for and raised their speed limits to 80mph.

Does anyone here with some legal background know how to get the ball rolling for California to become a little more up to date? Has an initiative for this idea already been submitted?

You can try petitioning our useless politicians, but I suspect that unless you are ready to pay them money, like the lobyists do, you nothing will happen, they are busy trying to work out how to screw more taxes out of us
