Already checked this morning, and crickets..... Also, the TYD map shows my car floating somewhere off the coast of central Baja.....

Except that Lake Geneva is heading to Jacksonville first, which means Sept 1 is, unlikely. I am on that boat as well.

Looks like the next ship in is the Sumire Leader, currently thru the first lock of the Panama Canal and due in on 16 Aug to San Diego

I think TYD only updates around 5:00pm Pacific if there's an update to give, so that'll be the time to check every day.

Conversely, my TYD map has had my car in San Diego for about a week.

Edit: My TYD just updated. So for posterity, Daisy Leader docked in San Diego on a Tuesday at 6:00pm or so, and I received a notification that the car arrived at its destination port less than 48 hours later.

I just received this same update from TYD as well. Now I guess we need to wait to pass customs, get inspected and get loaded on the trailer.

Does anyone have a recent datapoint of how long it’s taken to go from port arrival in San Diego to a dealership in SoCal?

my car arrived at port on 7/25 and made it to the dealership on the 29th.

Thanks! Glad to hear it was quick and hope you're enjoying the car. Is the 25th the actual ship arrival date or the day when TYD updated to arrived at local entry port? Asking as there was a ~2 day delay for TYD to update in my case

Daisy Leader is just outside Monterey. Only another 150ish miles to go!

25th was the day it arrived in port. Which was right in the middle of the range TYD was projecting.


Irvine, they were saying they have the car ready the day after it arrived at the dealership. I had other obligations so I took delivery like 3 days after.

Daisy Leader has been docked at Benicia for a few hours now. Hopefully they offload our cars quickly and the customs processing is smooth.

Daisy Leader has left Benicia which means all cars have been dropped off. For those of you that were on this ship, getting dropped off at Benicia, please report back how long it takes for the car to leave the port. Curious if they’ll be quick this time. My SA said I might see my car either Friday the 16th or the week after.
