Default 991.2 headlight lense replacement

I was communicating with Lghtwerkz out of NJ after seeing some of the amazing options they have for Porsche. Whether replacement/upgrades or lense replacement. The issue is I just want to do a lense replacement and I cant have my car down for a couple of weeks due to shipping back and forth plus the time they need to do the work.

Anyone know of So Cal specialist that can do the lense replacement for me. I could likely attempt myself but rather leave to experts locally.

Mine have the usual cracks around the outside and then the face of the lense has all of that weathered look with hairline cracks.

Thank you

If you don't mind me asking, what did they quote you? Are they doing anything else besides a lense replacement?

Got my own answer, after checking Youtube. Cant believe Porsche went the opposite direction from making a simple release process to complete removing the bumper. A simple quick job now much more time consuming and expensive. Havent removed the front bumper myself and while I am sure I could handle it, looks like a couple of places that are trickier to release. More worried about reinstalling and getting everything back correctly.

Another question though now. My 991.1 was very easy to remove the headlights. There was an access on each side, and you popped the entire headlight lose, pulled it out and disconnected the harness. When I contacted the dealer where my car is getting some adjustments and fixes to the moonroof shade, I asked what they would charge to pop out my headlights on the 991.2. My advisor called me back and said the technician said these are not the same as the 991.1. The 991.2 requires removal of the front bumper and then once I reinstall the headlights, they have to be reprogrammed.

Is that all really the case. I understand that with the PDLS lights why it might need to be reprogrammed but this the 991.2 body is almost identical albeit some refreshing of the bumpers. DId they really make a change that requires removal of bumper to get the headlights out?

Bumper/Headlight removal is not so painful, watched this a couple of times.
