Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a mechanic in the Seattle area to perform a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) on a Porsche 911 I'm interested in buying. The car is a 2012 911 Carrera S with about 34,000 miles on it.

I'm looking for a mechanic who is experienced with Porsches and can provide a thorough inspection. I'm also looking for someone who is reasonably priced.

If you know of a mechanic who would be a good fit, please let me know. Thanks in advance for your help!

I have had work done at Dobsons (When it was Gerber Motorsports) and Chris's for my air cooled. At Chris's they were doing a PPI on another vehicle while I was there (water cooled era 911, can't remember which though), very thorough.

I'd call all above and ask, some may specialize in air cooled vs water.
