I thought I was early when I arrived at 8:30 (door opens at 9:00) last month but I was very wrong. By that time, the line to get in had stretched from Main Street to Del Amo, over the 405. I ended up having to park on the street but that also tells you the turnout is incredible. Supposedly a lineup of GT3's will be the feature this time.
I imagine some of the more notable individuals and private cars may not be there this Sunday since some are up in Monterey for Car Week.

I had planned to get there half an hour early but it sounds like that would be considered late.

I’m now wondering if it’ll be as big of a turnout like last month given it’s car week and last month’s was the first in a while. You may be ok being 30 minutes earlier but maybe arrive 40-45 to have a better chance being able to park inside on the lot rather than outside.
If you do end up going and are a PCA member, there’s also the Autocross happening that day several miles down from PECLA in San Pedro and then in the afternoon all PCA members are invited to the Battleship Iowa. So a couple of things happening tomorrow.
I made it! Arrived at 7:45 and was "only" about the 20th car in line . . . . go figure. By 9:00 the line was out of sight down Main St. Someone told me it stretched beyond Main St, turning the corner on Del Amo Blvd and went under the I-405 Bridge (~1 mile). Sure glad the attendance was "light" this time.
Here are some pictures I took of the cars folks drove to this "Morning Shift" at PECLA. Well . . . except for the Brumos Porsche.

Hey that Chalk GT3 up front was me! Which car were you in? I got there right around 7:45 also and was about the first 20-30 cars to get in. Was a pretty good event for sure.
