Socal - Smog Help
Anyone with a good connect for an out of state smog? No check engine there, but no cats.

If it's "missing or altered" you'll not find a smog shop that can give you a certificate legally. Even under the table so-to-speak, good luck these days. California Air Resources Board (CARB) keeps a real close and constant electronic eye on every smog check every station does . . . and the shops know this.
