00 Scrub

I'm looking to have a tire removed and patched for my GT3. Does anyone have any recs near Oakland (SF might work as well)? The wheel is already off the car so I don't need to worry about the shop understanding the centerlock. I was just hoping for a place that would make sure they don't damage the wheel removing it and can do the road force balancing.
