I'm ordering a four digit license plate and struggling to figure out how to center it with DMV's new website. With their previous website there was a check box that acted as an extra '/' half space in addition to the seven spaces. This allowed me to create a '/' and '_' on either side that looked like this:
/_XXXX_/
but now the site doesn't have this check box, meaning I can only have:
_XXXX_ _ or _XXXX_/
Any ideas?
Thanks!

I was able to add a half space between "QUICK" and "VW" on mine, see below. I seem to recall that it's an option that only becomes available at the time you select a Character. I don't believe there is a "Centering" option for the entire text you select, you have to parse it by selecting spaces or half spaces at both ends of your desired text string in order to accomplish this feat of engineering. Also the design of the plate: colors, picture, special cause, etc. may limit what you can do. I do know that some symbols are only available on some plate designs.
