A friendly heads up that my old gas station in Piedmont has now been rebranded as a Sunoco, and they have 100 octane! Not cheap, I filled up at ~$9.89/gal today, but it makes a nice treat. AFAIK the next closest source is all the way at Sonoma Raceway.
