Default Safe Tire Changing shops in Bay Area

Hi Folks,

Terrified with regards to changing tires on my RS. Can someone PLEASE recommend a tire changing facility that WILL NOT SCRATCH MY BEAUTIFUL ORANGE WHEELS?

Thanks-
Neville

I've used these guys a couple of times, always great work.

I see they have two locations I've only been to the Winchester location. They do work on a bunch of high end cars and are used to being careful with customers cars.

We are always happy to help as we are a major supplier for racing slicks (take a lot of care), and HRE, BBS, Fiske, Forgeline, and many others that we take adequate time to do right with care and attention to detail.
We use a touchless Corghi Artilgio Master for install and a Hunter Roadforce for balancing.
Happy to help if you would like.

Please let us know if we can help.

Are you looking for tire shops that won't scratch your wheels as technicians or shop that has the best machines that won't damage or scratch up your wheels like a Corghi Artiglio, Ranger or hunter machines?

Just found out I need new wheels and glad I found this thread. Will use Custom Alignment unless there is a shop in east bay (near Orinda/Walnut Creek area) that is equally as good.

There's a Tread Connection based out of Los Gatos. Corghi touchless equipment in a van that comes to you wherever your car's parked. https://treadconnection.com/store/ca-losgatos-128/

This sounds really great, especially if they have all equipment that would not cause any damage etc .. do you have any experience and feedback you can share with using them (locally or within the franchise network)?

I probably should have said that I'm the franchise owner for Reno, so I'm biased as hell. In fact, I actually learned about Tread Connection from a post here on Rennlist and liked the idea so much I changed careers and bought a franchise.

The Corghi equipment's great, and we do lots of higher-end cars because of it—and the convenience. It looks like the Los Gatos franchise is on Google and Yelp, and they're getting good reviews there.

If you have any specific tire or equipment questions just let me know!

Thanks for sharing and letting us know. This is really great with the mobile service , especially when one orders their own tires like from TireRack.
