No ideal but I sent you a PM with the contact for Rocky Mountain Region Technical Resource for Cayennes.
There might be a DIY that you could provide to a decent mechanic along with the parts.

Thank you, Regulator replacement is relatively easy work - should take 1-1.5 hour. well documented online and on youtube - but needs power tools and can't be done on a side of a road
The issue is "no parts/no skills"
One shop is not willing to work on Porsche
Another one want to take the door apart (1 hr labor) to confirm that it regulator, than order parts and than try to put it in. They wouldn't even try to see if the can order the p/n i am trying to give them for regulator
I found a shop that is willing to fidget with repair kit i ordered from amazon.
I will post if successful

Here is what I ended up doing to get window regulator working on 955 Cayenne, while vacationing in Breckenridge Colorado and away from any trusted shop
I got the repair kit - and these guys put it in for 2 hour labor (250$ish) https://goo.gl/maps/86aD4gLmY2T2
