Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, event details will only be available on the FB group. It's more difficult to accurately gauge headcount in threads (which is particularly important for events with an upfront cost like BBQs). Equally important, FB allows group admins to vet new members/exclude ones who violate group rules. Safety first.
