The car is mostly stock, besides a full AWE exhaust system and a Porsche fitted short shifter. In my humble opinion I think these two mods are essential. The car sounds great (for a Turbo) and shifts beautifully. Other options listed below.
The Turbo has 28,400 miles and is in great condition inside and out. I am, like many of you, pretty fastidious about my cars. The car passed the PPI I had done (at Jack Daniels Porsche) with flying colors, that was only a few months ago. I'd be happy to share that and associated walk around video done by the technician.
I have a very extensive service history for the car, including the 60k mile service that the previous owner had done based on age not milage. It has clearly always been very well looked after.
Please feel free to ask questions, also happy to provide any extra specific images as may be needed. PPi's welcomed. This is an awesome example of the 997 Turbo, and priced to sell.
I filmed a quick walk around of the car to help those not in the North East get a better sense for the car. Far from professional, but should add a little color to the listing -

I'm realistic about the cars value for sure. Open to reasonable offers and having the car fully inspected. I'd rather someone else enjoy it than it be underused.

Thank you, sir. It is a great car. I was planning on waiting until Spring to list, but figured whomever buys it will want to take advantage of it for as many of the warm months as possible. Unless they are lucky enough to live in California....or some other motoring mecca!

any chance you have a recent DME readout?
are you the original owner, or 2nd?
