The truck has been maintained at Porsche Plano and Porsche Dallas for all services (dealer can print out all service records, and no accidents) from first owner to myself (I am the second owner). Has always been a texas truck and 99% of the time serviced at parkplace Porsche.
Also, I had one service at Porsche new Orleans (replaced PCM) and Did a brake service at AutoHans in Addison, TX.
All services are up to date, 90k Service was done about 3k miles ago.
The truck has a Porsche approved extended warranty (fidelity) to 95k miles. The warranty is transferable to the new owner.
I have Never smoked and have no pets or kids. Pristine truck and recently passed all inspections and just serviced this past week
Truck also had a PPI over at RAC performance in Addison, tx and got a clean bill of health (only things it got dinged on was some rear tires, which will need replacing and some curb rash on the 2 of the rims about the size of my pinky nail) this inspection was done last week.
The Vehicle has been professionally detailed every 6 months. Just went for a professional detail yesterday (2/17/17) - Wax, clay bar, full detail in and out.

Rear tires need to be replaced sooner, rather than later
Fronts have some life left.

a couple of other questions have been asked.
1.Why? Before me and the wife have kids, I wanted to get a toy that I can keep (911) - she gave me the sign off of a "4 seater" car. I'm an engineer and a literal person, so she never specified the definition. "real 4 seats"
2.Why not keep it? My wife has a lexus Hybrid and is torn between the Pig and the lexus. So she would have to pick one.
3. If this was a GT/Turbo, yes I would keep it (no question)
4. Just really needs a good detail and some rear tires.
5.The truck has been under fidelity warranty (platinum) 250.00 deductible, so no reason not to fix anything.
6. as per the PPI, nothing needed repair and gave the shop who had it, if they needed to repair anything to do it as it was under warranty still.
7. I would help with shipping.
8. I have the title on hand.
9. I would do a personal trade for a more expensive car - 964/993 or 997/991
10. I do have some wiggle room, but trying to make it fair for all involved. Since I have to see you here all the time.
11. this is my 2nd Pcar, 6th german
