When I was looking for my 2001 Bmw e38, there was one for sale and the pictures were the exact same pose and place as your car. If front of that same warehouse door with that gray/blue building in the background. I called and it appeared to be an auto mechanic or body shop of some sort selling the car. I passed on the sale due to distance and not being able to verify the condition first hand.

We are really close in distace (Woodward Park area). I have been looking for an E39 M5. Nice example GLWS. I would love to know the actual sale price when it sells to gauge the market on a driver quality car.

Prices are ticking up just like 996 turbos (although slightly higher $), by this summer they will probably be 10% higher I would assume. Lower mileage cars that have been taken care of are very difficult to come by.
