Hi all,

I am selling a very unique Maserati GranTurismo finished in Grigio Touring Metallic. 2008 was the first year of the GranTurismo's production with the 4.2 motor, which is mated with a bulletproof ZF transmission that can be operated via paddle shifters that blip the throttle on downshifts. This is a major benefit compared to the old problematic F1 duo select trans in the GranSport and first generation Quattroporte, as well as the robotized GTS/MC transmissions. Clean Carfax and Autocheck reports on hand.

The car was brought into the United States via barge at Port Hueneme in Ventura County, California. It's lived all its life out west in California and Arizona, which means that there is absolutely no rust/salt/muck underneath. The underbody is clean as a whistle. She drives absolutely amazing. All services were completed on schedule, with no missing dates or intervals. The interior is flawless and has no sticky buttons or sagging, worn, or faded leather. The exterior is beautiful and looks amazing, however there are a few blemishes, one on the deck lid, and a light scrape underneath the drivers side front bumper, both of which are barely noticeable unless you know where they are. Everything works as it should with no electrical or mechanical issues whatsoever. Always serviced at Scottsdale Ferrari Maserati Aston Martin since day one. Original window sticker included.

Factory options include Navigation, Bluetooth, Skyhook suspension as well as the Bose sound system with factory iPod and auxiliary inputs.

The car has well over $20k worth of upgrades and add-ons invested, from the 2013+ body facelift, to the Fabspeed exhaust system, and long term maintenance.

This is not a “run of the mill” GranTurismo, in fact, it’s the furthest thing from it. You will not find another GT of this caliber in the world, nor would you be able to complete a proper configuration to this anywhere near $20k.

Out of curiosity I went onto AutoTrader and searched for 2013+ GranTurismo's and the cheapest one I was able to find was listed by a dealer @ $60k. The look alone is what separates the physical aspect of my car to the run of the mill GT, or any 2008-2012 model year for that matter. It's essentially a 2013 GranTurismo with the reliability of the renowned 4.2 motor and ZF transmission as opposed to the 4.7 motor with the robotized clutch-less manual paddle shift transmission.

The 2013+ facelift components, along with labor for precise fitment and factory paint to match alone added up to over $15k. Fabspeed exhaust alone was roughly $3k. Most recent service, tires, and full detailing added up to roughly $5k in parts and labor.

My most recent maintenance was done on 7/14/16 at New Vernon Motor Coach, in New Vernon, NJ which included the following:

- Oil service w/ factory spec Maserati 5w-40 synthetic oil

- New crush washers and OEM Maserati oil filter

- Lifetime performance air filter from Formula Dynamics

- OEM cabin air filter

- Motul RBF600 racing brake fluid

- Factory spec coolant

- 10W power steering fluid

- OEM Auxiliary drive belt

- New NGK Iridium spark plugs (OE spec from Formula Dynamics)

- New rear Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires

As mentioned before, the car has a Fabspeed exhaust with quad Silverline tips. The exhaust tone sounds MUCH better than the GT-S and Larini exhaust systems.

The 2013 model year facelift includes OEM front bumper and side skirts, GTS/MC deck lid, and Novitec trident delete front grill. The factory Neptune wheels have been powder coated black and have zero curb rash.

I had the PPI done at Ramsower’s Garage in Tucson prior to buying it. The master technician told me that the car exceeded his expectation by miles. He noted that it was well maintained per the service history he was able to gather, and that it was clearly evident that the previous owner cared for the car. He said that in his opinion, which I fully agree with, that this is a perfect driver's car. It's no Lamborghini or McLaren, but it sounds absolutely amazing. Very tight and planted that makes daily driving an event.

It's a sports car when you want it to be, just activate sport mode and it sharpens up the Skyhook suspension, sharpens the throttle, and quickens the shifts, making it a fun "mid front engine" beast that sounds amazing with an intoxicating crackle in the exhaust. And when you want it to be, it can be a super comfortable, super luxurious Gran Tourer ideal for long road trips. I drove it from my home in New Jersey to Charleston, South Carolina and back, and I can say it was honestly the best road trip I've ever had.

Car also comes with all books, tire inflator, 2 keys, and for those of you who need to display a front plate, a $100 "sto-n-go" license plate bracket. Unlike the ugly stealth ones that slide up electronically while still visible when they're concealed, this unit is a steel bracket with two prongs installed underneath the bumper. Your plate mounts to a separate frame assembly with two inserts in which the prongs clip into and when you remove the plate you it's like nothing was ever there.

I will provide the following to the buyer: A full $500 detailing including engine bay, carpet shampoo, leather conditioning, orbital polishing, etc. I will also supply Toughguard protectant for the paint. It will bead water, seal, and UV protection the paint for five years, guaranteed, no future waxes necessary. Dealers charge $800 and up for these services (quoted from Ferrari Maserati of Central NJ). I will assist in shipping depending on how much the car sells for.

I am also willing to entertain trades. Shoot me what you've got, my current P-car was acquired from Rennlist!

Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or comments you have, as I would be more than happy to chat with you. I would be willing to assist in shipping depending on how much the car sells for.

You won't be able to find another 4.2 GT like this, guaranteed.

I encourage PPI’s, just message me and I would be glad to help make arrangements.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks! I agree, the facelift makes a night and day difference. Just for sh*t's and giggle's I went on Autotrader last night to see how much one could realistically pick up a 2013+ (facelift) model for and the lowestI found was $60k. Pretty nuts what a simple facelift can do!

Navid joon, this one's listed at $40k with 100k miles...PLUS a bad carfax:

There's are an extremely difficult car to price correctly, if there even is a correct way to price them. Maserati made the mistake of mass producing them. They're amazing machines, and this is my third one. The first I bought new in 2008 and was my daily driver, I had a 2013 MC Stradale which was brutal fun, and then this.
