1989 Porsche Carrera Targa, Red exterior with black leather interior. 77,000 miles. $42,000. The car is located in Houston. Factory front and rear spoilers. I only have one extra garage space and need to make way for an incoming Porsche 928 S4. I have owned the car for three years. I have chronicled its ownership and numerous smaller projects here:

The front seats were recovered in correct GAHH perforated leather in December of 2014. The stereo is a Blaupunkt BT420 with external microphone and new Pioneer speakers. The car has Lloyds mats and the frunk carpet was replaced by the prior owner. I have had the three speed sensors preemptively replaced in March of 2015. The air conditioning evaporator was replaced with a Rennair unit by the previous owner. I have installed a third fender condenser by Zimms. The air conditioning handles the Houston heat and humidity. The dash lights have been upgraded to warm color temperature LED’s. All the frunk, engine compartment, interior and license plate lights have been replaced. I replaced the headlights and fog lamps. I installed JWest headlight relays and cleaned all the fuse blocks and put in new correct copper fuses. The Targa top was rebuilt and recovered by Dan at Cars Inc. The clutch was replaced approximately 4,000 miles ago. I replaced the tires and they have approximately 3,000 miles on them, with correct Fuchs rims. The clutch slave was recently replaced. I had the sparks plugs replaced, a valve adjustment and oil change approximately 350 miles ago. I have the original owner’s manual, jack and tool roll, along with a Bentley’s repair manual.
