Perhaps you have an RS allocation and you're considering selling to a dealer, or not taking it. Please let me know what you have. I'm a cash buyer. I'll consider any color, the car must have the front end lifter. Short of that, I'll consider all options.
My preference is PTS or UV, but again, I'll consider any color.

I've got this UV coming in in the next 3-4 weeks and need to find a home for it.

It's not hard at high prices, I agree. I've been offer PTS at $50K over, but I have been hoping to get a more rational view of the market. Someone is selling dealers their cars at a price lower than the $50K over dealers are seeking, I'm hoping to find a low miles owner, and buy for cash, instead of the person selling to a dealer.
I'm guessing, but based on dealer pricing, I suspect dealers are getting some cars at MSRP or $20-30K over depending on the car itself.
If there aren't cars like this, I'd be surprised.

Burning Brakes
You end up on your a$$
From what I see, this entire 991rs market is driven by speculation. Very few end users.
Buyers beware.
Pts? Seems like more pts were granted (anecdotally) as it became the flavor of the month. This was valuable when it was a rare thing. Now will you really pay 100k for paint?!?!?

Will I? Hell no. I don't care about what my car looks like enough to spend that kind of dough. But I've heard they are changing hands in the 75-100 plus MSRP zone, so 50 seems like a comparative steal.
