When purchasing the car I had a PPI performed at Vertex in Miami, which showed no issues whatsoever, mechanically or body wise (paint meter readings were normal throughout.)
It has the following installed factory options:
LSD
Multifunction steering wheel
Porsche crest on headrests (non sport seats)
Sport Chrono
The car was absolutely stock when I took possession. Within the last 3 years I have done the following tasteful upgrades:
Fabspeed X Pipe with HJC 100 hi Flow cats.
FVD Brombacher Tune (Genie tool, and original Tune Included)
TPC Racing Pasm box (OEM Included)
HRE P40 satin black wheels (OEM wheels Included)
Carbon fiber rear wing (OEM Included)
Bilstein Damptronics Coilovers (OEM Suspension included)
Tarret Adjustable Droplinks
Short Shifter installed (OEM Included)
At 58k miles I did Brake fluid flush.
At 62k miles coils and plugs were done, as well as transmission, differential fluids and oil change.
At 66k new Battery
At 67k it received new tires and alignment by Champion Motorsport.
At 68k I replaced the starter motor which was slow cranking.
Oil changes performed at 5k miles or at one year, whichever came first.
I have receipts for all the above.
Because of the low clearance, it does need a new front lip (black OEM not painted). Theres also some wear on the driver side seat Bolster, which I will try posting a pic later.
Worth noting for those who care, that when I performed the PPI at purchase, the DME did show a handful of ignitions on range 5, 4 and 3. Because they had happened so far back the total hours on the engine the Porsche tech told me not to worry about them. I could probably pull a new readout for very interested parties.
Car runs and sounds amazing and its open for inspections, PPI's and the such.
I did one PCA DE on this car at homestead back in 2014, so that's the only track time It endured during my ownership, at which it performed flawlessly.
I have tried being as honest and forthcoming as possible, but if you have any further questions or maybe if I forgot to mention anything please let me know, I would be happy to answer.
Best way to reach me is via cell phone at 305-725-4466 or private messaging.
