Hey OP, you are gonna claim that you priced the car to sell it should have already sold, right? You might want to look at my sale thread where I sold my car in less than 24 hours to see what actually happens when you price a car correctly. Last time I checked, time = money.

Some might say you left some money on the table. If your going for top dollar its going a few minutes. Also buyers pay more when they find the exact car they want...I did that last week with zero regrets. Heading out to the canyons shortly.

Sure, I could have posted it for $145k-$150k and dealt with the tire kickers and time wasters and might ended up with a little over $140k. But as I mentioned, I'm busy hustlin and don't have time for BS so to me time = money.

Don't actually need to buy to understand what the market value is. I can be an expert at real estate without buying, right. That is called a real estate agent. I just need to know what things actually sell for. As Trojan stated he actually knows what they have sold for so yes that actually makes him very educated on market value. I also have several confirmed sale prices that I know. Lastly I will buy when the market value gets down to where I am willing to spend my money.
This is actually somewhat incorrect. This is the definition of what many educators and theorist's would call a win-win negotiation, not necessarily a good negotiator. I great negotiation especially if you never have to do business with that person again (i.e. a dealer) would be to get the best price or the best deal ever not necessarily ensuring that the dealer and you both feel like it is a good deal.
Anyway another free bump. I really wish RL would not allow people to reply to FS threads. I waste so much time having fun.
