It's RaceDeck but I wouldn't recommend it if you do actual automotive work in your garage. I regret it.

Well, there are a lot of other options it does not have. But yes, mine does not have the buckets or the PCCBs. I think it has the essentials short of the buckets. PCCBs probably unnecessary especially with track consumables.

It does not have navigation. Here are the options as listed in the original post:
