In the end of the 996 model run, Porsche produced 29 (24 in 2004 and 5 in 2005) 996.2 GT2�s which were more powerful (477hp) than the 2002 and 2003 GT2�s (456hp) for the North American market (US and Canada). These cars were also improved in the braking department and had the Gen 2 PCCB�s (Porsche Carbon Ceramic Brakes). This particular car was the last speed yellow 996.2 GT2 produced for the North American market.

I just saw a Zanzibar 996 GT2 on the freeway on the way to work this morning. I forgot how great these cars were to drive. Speed Yellow is definitely one of the best Porsche colors to me. This car is a stunner. GLWS!
