Other:
-Full service history (from dealer). All receipts since I took ownership (~3 years ago).
-I'm the 3rd owner and was a coworker of the 2nd owner.
-Almost all highway miles for first 6 years/86k miles. Pampered since.
-Always garaged in my "Garage-Mahal."
-It's been a nice-weather car for me. Garaged during winter.
-Car has Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires with ~6k miles
-Spark plugs done 6k miles ago
-Major service done ~1k miles ago (air/cabin/oil/fuel filters, serpentine belt, oil change, brake flush). All service with factory Porsche parts & fluids.
-Clutch in great shape (by feel).
-TPMS is out of batteries. Little by little each died right after tires were installed. A check with Durametric shows no errors, just no batteries on wheel sensors.
-Car has an exceptionally clean service/repair history.
-No accidents, non-smoking car, no dents (that I can tell - and I just did a full detail).
-Cosmetically and mechanically in very good shape, especially considering mileage.
-Car serviced by dealer until Jan 2013 & ~86K miles. Thereafter by highly reputable Porsche mechanic, and myself on basic maintenance.
-Car has been pampered. Never tracked. Always garaged, driven only when dry, and always properly warmed up and cooled down. Driven very gently, all things considered, besides straight-line accelerations here and there. No burnouts, clutch drops, DE events, AutoX, etc.
-Shell 93 V-Power only. Hand washed and detailed with quality products only. Standard car snob care.
-Two sets of mats included. Black Weathertech rubber mats and Porsche OE M gray mats bought this year.
-Will separately sell Durametric (bought this Spring) for $200. Only the 997 Turbo in the system, so it has two free spots.
Car drives and feels great. Sad to see it go.
UPDATE:
Tire wear: Michelin Pilot Super Sports have an initial tread depth of 10/32" or 0.3125". I just measured the tires and the fronts have 0.275" and the rears have 0.250". So as a I mentioned, the tires have a lot of life left after just 6,000 miles of driving locally and commuting.
UPDATE 2:
